Download Sur.ly to your desktop, extract the plugin folder from zip and upload it via FTP to the directory: sites/all/modules.
Go to Modules on the administrative toolbar and open Other section. Find Sur.ly in Name column and check Enabled to activate it.
Go to Configuration and find Sur.ly in Content authoring to access the plugin's settings.
Configure the plugin's basic settings.
